With the wind against (as it often is), this hole (along with the 18th) can be a card wrecker! A good drive still leaves a long iron into the green.
Then, be very careful of the greenside bunker on the right, some 30 yards from the green which has trapped many a ball. There is also a small sneaky bunker on the left of the green which you can't see from the fairway. The long, thin green has many slopes. There are no gimme putts on here.
