From the elevated tee you can't see the green, but you can see the pond on the right of the fairway. Since the fairway slopes towards the water, the drive needs to hit the left hand side of the fairway.
The fairway bears to the right with the green situated at the bottom of the hill. The second shot is a tough one down into a narrowing gap. Again sloping from front to back, the green is a tricky one.
